The Pick A Spot Story

Pick a Spot comes from a long line of experienced campers and hunters. Ever since I can remember my family has enjoyed camping and hunting. Through the years I have heard stories of my relatives spending long, cold, uncomfortable nights in the mountains which could very well be the inspiration behind my fathers personal design of ourATV tent trailers.

I remember one paticular night on the elk hunt my father and I decided to camp a little closer to the elk so that we could get up in the morning and get right into the herd. We drove the four-wheeler down the trail to where the elk had been hanging out. Stumbling in the dark we found what looked like a comfortable area to throw our sleeping bags down and fall asleep to the majestic sound of bugling elk. As it turned out the elk did bugle all night but it did not put us to sleep, we tossed and turned all night not only trying to find a comfortable position but also trying to stay warm.

I will never in my life forget that restless night, and I wonder if we would have been more successful that next day if we would have had a better sleep. Frankly, I can't think of a better time to have a Pick a Spot Tent Trailer than that cold, sleepless night on that four-wheeler trail. The tent trailer would have not only given us a comfortable sleep, but the tent trailer would have also protected us from the brisk air outside.
